To support both seamless and cut & sew activewear production, Jorlynn operates with high-end SANTONI circular knitting machines and a full cut & sew workshop. With over 80 Santoni units, we ensure high-efficiency, high-clarity output. Each machine supports 8 feeds and up to 4-point needle selection per feed—ideal for detailed patterning and color clarity. Combined with our skilled sewing team and flexible order handling, we deliver consistent quality from factory floor to global markets.
Our partnered sewing workshop is equipped with high-precision Brother machines, trusted worldwide for garment production. Supported by experienced technicians and skilled workers, we ensure accurate stitching, fast throughput, and excellent finish—especially suited for cut & sew activewear. Every piece is crafted to meet the high-quality standards Jorlynn is known for.
